PALS & Complaints

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides a confidential listening service, giving personal and prompt advice and support to help you resolve any queries, issues or concerns you have with any aspect of Bedford Hospital services or the NHS in general.

Complaints

If you have a complaint which you have been unable to resolve after speaking with a member of staff in the ward or department concerned, please contact the PALS department or should you wish, you can write to the Chief Executive. Please clearly outline what your complaint is and give as much detail as possible. Please clearly outline any questions you want answering, and any concerns you want addressing.

If you would like to speak with someone concerning your complaint, please contact 01234 795814 or go through the hospital switchboard, 01234 355122, and ask for bleep 278.
