Facilities for Hire

You can hire facilities at the Medical Institute.  It is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, facilities are available outside of these hours but may be subject to an additional charge.

The following rooms are available in the Medical Institute:

Lecture Theatre

The Lecture Theatre can seat up to 50 people, lecture style.  There is a small stage, and powerpoint facilities.

Equiptment: computer, LCD projector, visualiser, video, slide projectors, microphone, laser pointer, x-ray viewers, flipcharts.

Christopher Reeves Room

The Christopher Reeves room can seat up to 25 people lecture style.

Equipment: computer, LCD projector, visualiser, video, slide projectors, microphone, laser pointer, x-ray viewers, flipcharts

Seminar Room

The seminar room seats 12-15 people in conference style.

Equipment : whiteboard, flipchart and a portable trolley is available on request which consists of a laptop and LCD projector for powerpoint presentations

Dining Room

The dining room seats 20-30 people and includes a kitchen area with hotplates.  Your medical representative stands are exhibited in here when you have sponsored a meeting.
